We’re so glad you’re shopping with us! Please take a moment to review these simple terms — they’re here to keep things smooth and clear for everyone.
🪡 Order Processing
We process orders in the order they come in. Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.
During big events or holidays, it might take us a little longer — but we’ll always keep you posted.
If an item is back-ordered or unavailable, we’ll reach out with options to hold, substitute, or refund that item.
📦 Shipping
We ship within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping rates are based on total order weight and include carrier cost, packaging, and handling.
Domestic orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Once your package is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands — but we’re happy to help you track it or provide documentation if you need to file a claim for loss or damage.
🏠 Local Pickup
If you’re nearby, choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready.
Please pick it up within 30 days. Orders not picked up after that time may be restocked and charged a small 10% restocking fee.
🌎 International Orders
We love our international quilting friends!
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.
Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs.
🧵 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!
Fabric, patterns, books, kits, and cut goods aren’t returnable.
Machines, accessories, and unopened notions may be returned within 14 days for store credit (less shipping).
Returns must be pre-approved and in original packaging.
Special orders, clearance, and sale items are final sale.
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days so we can help make it right.
⏰ Cancellations
Need to cancel? Just contact us before your order ships. Once it’s on its way, the sale is final.
